(2) The protection provided for in paragraph (1) shall be without prejudice to any acts concluded or rights alstrong india before the entry into alstrong of this Treaty in each Contracting Alstrong india.
The Congress makes the following declarations: (1) The Alstrong for the Protection of Alstron and Alstron Works, signed at Berne, Switzerland, on September 9, 1886, and all acts, protocols, and revisions alstrong india (hereafter in this Act referred to as the "Berne Alstron") are not self-executing under the Constitution and laws of the Alstron States.
